ABOUT KATHERINE
Putting Her Experience
to Work
As an alumnus of Guardian Angels and Bishop Reding, Katherine has first-hand experience living and learning in the areas I hope to serve. She has volunteered with Milton youth from a young age and is still actively involved in community youth programs today through organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2018. She credits a great deal of her success and character development to the Catholic schools where she spent the majority of
her time from childhood into adulthood, and hopes to add to these systems and continue to cultivate safe, welcoming spaces for children to learn and grow into who they are. She identifies her duty as trustees is to bring the voices and concerns of everyone, including marginalized communities, to the board table and work with the families and faculty to ensure decisions reflect these voices.
